JP Emerald Hotel

A bit far out of town. No taxi service. I repeat there is no taxi or tuk tuk service in Yasothon.

We travelled to Yasothon from the UK, to visit my father who was in the local hospital. It was a difficult time for us because my father was critically ill. The kindness and support from the staff was amazing. The receptionist became our personal taxi. Twice a day she would take and pick us up from the hospital. Unfortunately I can’t remember her name but I want to say a huge thank you to her. We would have been stuck without her help. We were late to breakfast one morning and the kind gentleman got out all of the breakfast items for us. The rooms were clean, the food was good. It isn’t a luxury hotel but it was a perfect base and just what we needed for our stay. The staff were great.

Good location. It is old but clean. Got a view of river. Bed is comfortable. Strong shower. Room service is good. Even no menu for vegetarian, you can asked for it.
