JP Emerald Hotel

I like customer service and breakfast including lunch and dinner. I could see the beautiful view of the town and river, and I like the public park that could walk or joking every day.

We travelled to Yasothon from the UK, to visit my father who was in the local hospital. It was a difficult time for us because my father was critically ill. The kindness and support from the staff was amazing. The receptionist became our personal taxi. Twice a day she would take and pick us up from the hospital. Unfortunately I can’t remember her name but I want to say a huge thank you to her. We would have been stuck without her help. We were late to breakfast one morning and the kind gentleman got out all of the breakfast items for us. The rooms were clean, the food was good. It isn’t a luxury hotel but it was a perfect base and just what we needed for our stay. The staff were great.
